Intervest Limited was formed in 1995 and established its operations in United Arab Emirates, Kuwait Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and China. Belgravia Group International Ltd was formed in 1999 and established its operations in Japan, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Egypt, Ethiopia, Venezuela and Brazil. In 2003 following the merger of Intervest Limited with Belgravia Group International Ltd Belgravia Intervest Group Limited was formed.
In May 2005, Belgravia Intervest Group Limited through a reverse merger became a listed company having its shares actively traded in public. In June 2006 the company went private again.
